Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Meatballs:
2 lbs 90% lean ground beef – uncooked
1 cup Milk
1 cup Crushed soda crackers, Ritz crackers, or bread crumbs
1 tbsp dried grated onion
Salt & pepper
Mix all ingredients well. Then roll bits of mixture into golf ball size meatballs and place in 9x13 cake pan.
Sauce
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup catsup
¾ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp dried grated onion
Salt and pepper
Stir all ingredients together and pour over meatballs, covering them completely.
Cook in oven, uncovered, at 350 degrees for an hour, then serve over rice.
