Chilled Orange and Mango Soup
2 lbs mango puree
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup honey
Salt and allspice to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until totally smooth.
Refrigerate soup for at least one hour and serve in chilled bowls.
