Chilled Mango Soup1 large mango, peeled and seeded1/2 small red onion, diced1/2 cup cold water1 small chili pepper, minced1 lime, juiced1/2 tsp ginger, minced2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt1/2 tsp honeySalt to tasteIn a blender or food processor, puree the mango, red onion, water, chili pepper, lime juice, and ginger.  Blend until smooth, then taste and season with salt as needed.  The pour into individual serving bowls and place in the fridge, covered, for at least 1 hour.In a small mixing bowl whisk together the yogurt and honey.Serve soup chilled, garnished with the yogurt mixture.Approximate Nutritional Values: http://www.food.com/recipe/cream-of-mango-soup-144283

Chilled Mango Soup

1/2 tsp honey
Salt to taste
