1 cup popcorn kernels 1 cup butter 2 cups light brown sugar, packed 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup salted peanuts 30 fun size Snickers bars, chopped 3 oz milk chocolate chips, melted
Preheat oven to 200-deg.
Pop the popcorn according to package directions, then place in a large brown grocery bag and add the peanuts.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the brown sugar, salt, and corn syrup.Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, then remove from heat and whisk in the baking soda.
Pour the mixture over the popcorn.Roll the paper bag closed and shake well.
Once well coated, spread the popcorn mixture onto a baking sheet. Spread the chopped Snickers over the top of the popcorn and bake for 5 minutes.
Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the popcorn and serve.
