15 oz ricotta cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
3/4 cup asiago cheese, shredded (divided)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Preheat broiler to high heat.
In a small bowl, combine the ricotta, garlic, rosemary and all but 2 tbsp of the asiago cheese. Season with salt and pepper and stir well.
Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining asiago cheese.
Broil on high for 4-6 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Serve immediately with chips, bread slices, and veggies for dipping.
